		<description>Thanks Lucas.  I&#039;m glad you mentioned that HP contest.  Some contests like that one and the doritos contests and the Butterfinger contest are so big that it&#039;d be really tough to cheat since tons of people vote.  Big-money contests always seem to yield fair results.  So really, it&#039;s the small, un-advertised contests where people seem to go crazy.  In a contest where the winner can be decided by just a few votes, it&#039;s really tempting for people to cheat.</description>
